In this ceremony, we will continue focusing on the solar plexus chakra - our center of willpower, identity, and motivation. We will begin class by discussing the solar plexus overall: location, characteristics, balanced versus imbalanced.

Majority of class will be spent in meditation. I will guide us to connect with our solar plexus and remind ourselves of our inherent power. We will also utilize mantras and affirmations to help us raise the energy in our solar plexus. The point of this meditation is to activate our solar plexus power. After this class, you will feel renewed with strength and eager to fan your internal flame.

I will close this ceremony by pulling an oracle message for each participant from the Sacred Geometry Activations deck. This will allow everyone to get unique and personalized guidance!
