In this ceremony, we will focus on all of our chakras with a total chakra check in. Think of this like taking your car in for an inspection. Through this practice, we will connect with each chakra and notice which energy center needs more attention and which ones are doing well.

For this practice, I will combine meditation, visualization, and affirmations to help us connect with each energy center. We will begin with the root chakra and make our way all the way up to the crown. We will move through our body with love and curiosity. Approaching our inner work in this way will allow any blockages to be seen and easily released. This practice will also help you know which chakras/areas of your life need more healing and attention.

As always, I will close our ceremony by pulling an oracle message for each participant from the Sacred Geometry Activations deck. This will allow everyone to have unique guidance so they can continue their healing journey.
