This chakra ceremony we will be focusing on healing our heart chakra. There are many things a person can go through that can make their heart chakra become blocked. In this class, you will be reminded that it is safe to give and receive love. Despite what you have been through or what you have been told, love is your birthright. This class will be the gentle reminder you need to welcome this truth in.

Class will begin with a brief discussion about the heart chakra: what it’s responsible for, it’s location, the color it is represented with, and the difference in a balanced vs. imbalanced heart chakra.

Most of our session will be spent in meditation. This will involve powerful visualizations that will guide you in finding and releasing the blockages in your heart chakra with love, curiosity, and acceptance. Once we have fully released those blockages, we will fill that space with loving energy by repeating affirmations that resonate with a balanced and healthy heart chakra.

Class will end with me pulling an oracle card for each participant. This will provide everyone with individual guidance so each person can continue working on their unique journey.
