The heart chakra continues to be the focus in this chakra ceremony. This time, we will focus on activating our heart chakra!

Class will begin with a brief discussion on the heart chakra: where it’s located, what it’s responsible for, the element and color it is associated with, and how it appears when balanced vs. imbalanced.

Most of class will be spent in meditation. For this session, we will utilize visualizations and mantras to help us activate our heart chakra. I will guide you through awakening and spreading the energy in your heart chakra. This will help you recall how powerful and beautiful your love is, encouraging you to spread it more and more. Once you feel embraced and safe in a cocoon of your own love, I will continue balancing the heart chakra by chanting the mantra, Yam. This mantra vibrates at the same frequency as the heart chakra, prompting the energy to balance.

I will close the ceremony by pulling a card for each participant from my Sacred Geometry Activations deck. This will provide each participant with unique guidance they can carry with them on their unique journey’s.
