This ceremony begins by discussing where our distrust comes from. We explore the fear of repeating past mistakes, rejection, and disappointment. This talk will allow your mind and ego to understand where this energy stems from which will help your them release these fears with more ease.

Most of class will be spent in meditation where we will explore our heart center and find the version of us that is so worried about making the wrong choice. Whether this is a past version of you that is needing forgiveness or a version of you who didn’t feel safe, we will call this version forward with love and acceptance. Through this embrace, you will replace your feelings of mistrust with faith and support for yourself and your unique journey. I will combine this powerful meditation with affirmations to drive home your newfound sense of inner trust.

Class will close by me pulling an oracle message for each student. This will provide you with individual guidance so you can further your inner trust healing.
