In this chakra ceremony, we will tap in with each chakra center starting at root and ending with the crown. This practice will allow you to know how each energy center is doing. This awareness will help you know which chakra is imbalanced or balanced. With this information, you will be able to move with more intention and clarity as you continue working on your inner world.

Class will begin with a brief discussion on each chakra. This way you are aware of what each one is responsible for, it’s location, and how it is represented in the physical world.

Most of class will be spent in meditation. I will guide the class through a meditation where we will bring our focus to each energy center, one at a time. This will be paired with some visualizations to help us balance the energy for each chakra.

The ceremony will close out with a card pull for each participant. I will be pulling an oracle message from the Sacred Geometry Activations deck. This will allow each student to have individualized guidance for their personal chakra healing journey.
