The focus for this chakra ceremony will be our solar plexus chakra. Class will begin with a discussion about the solar plexus chakra. We will discuss where it’s located, what it’s responsible for, what it’s like when it’s balanced versus imbalanced, and how it becomes imbalanced in the first place.

After the discussion, I will guide us through a meditation to release any blockages that may be limiting the power of our solar plexus. Sometimes we are aware of the blockages and sometimes it can be a subconscious block. Either way, we will be approaching this energy center and its blockages with curiosity and acceptance. This process will be free of judgment and will allow us to fully embrace what needs to be shifted with love.

Class will close with a card pull for each participant from the Sacred Geometry Activations oracle deck. This will allow everyone to know what they specifically need to do to help their solar plexus chakra.
